Postmetropolis

The Postmetropolis Research Project (a National Interest Research Project) is now over ten years old. I mention it here because some of its findings are still relevant and because it represents the latest attempt to establish a national framework for urban transformation.

Of particular interest within the project is the atlas, which observes the ongoing transformation processes in Italy’s major urban areas — Milan, Turin, Venice, Florence, Rome, Naples and Palermo — providing relevant insights for innovation in governance and public policy.
